AFC Assistant 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AFC Assistant to support our finance operations. In this role, you’ll handle daily financial transactions, assist in reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with company policies. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold financial compliance and contribute to efficient budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
• Maintain organized financial records in compliance with internal policies and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly statements and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure budget adherence and financial compliance.

• A Bachelor degree or already pursuing one in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Energy to dig into legal, tax and controlling implications of operations
• The ability to work independently and to be proactive
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
• Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, SAP or similar.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
