Through our dedication to facilitating access to top-tier instructional funding, we fulfill a crucial role in fostering the development of future aviation professionals via specialized flight school loans.Key Responsibilities:Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ensure the seamless flowof data from various sources to our data warehouse.Data Modeling: Develop scalable data models that optimize data storage and retrieval for analyticalqueries, supporting reporting and business intelligence needs.Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understanddata requirements and deliver solutions that support decision-making.Data Quality: Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, andreliability of data across all stages of the data pipeline.Performance Optimization: Optimize queries and data processing tasks to ensure high performance andresponsiveness of analytics solutions.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, models, and processes tosupport ongoing development and knowledge sharing.Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics,and implement improvements to enhance our data infrastructure.Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related role, preferablyin a fintech or lending environment.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g.,Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and other tools (e.g., dbt ,Alteryx).Programming Skills: Experience with a programming language like Python for data manipulation andautomation.Data Visualization: Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Data Modeling: Hands-on experience in designing and implementing data models (e.g., star schema,snowflake schema) to support analytical and reporting needs.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complexbusiness questions into data solutions.Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and presentfindings to non-technical stakeholders.Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and consistency.Agility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with the flexibility to adapt toevolving business needs.Salary: USD800 -USD1400 (junior to mid depending on experienceWFHWork Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PSTNext steps: Please submit your resume in pdf version by email: cheryl@stratus.finance
