Customer Service Representative – DormHub (On-Site, Pristina, Kosovo)
About Us:
DormHub is an innovative social media platform designed to connect communities and foster engaging interactions. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Pristina, Kosovo office. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM).
Responsibilities:
- Sign in to the Admin Panel to monitor platform activity.
- Review and assess user reports to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Handle verification requests and assist users with account authentication.
- Process and manage business account requests efficiently.
- Communicate with users via email to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure DormHub’s community guidelines are upheld across the platform.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer service or social media moderation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
