VIVAX, launched in 2004, now offers over 250 products in Croatia.We are currently expanding our team, and if you want to participate with us in further business development in Europe as well as in your professional growth, join us in the position of:Key Account Manager for VIVAX Air Conditioners (m/f) Job position in PristinaJob Responsibilities:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify future partner needs.Acquire new customers, expand partner and distribution channels, and grow market share.Position products strategically at points of sale, aligned with brand strategies.Collaborate with partners to develop and execute annual plans.Provide technical and sales support to partner channels.Help organize and execute promotional and sales activities with partners.Continuously improve partner satisfaction and engagement.What we expect from the candidate:At least 2 years of experience in the same or a similar sales position;Knowledge of the AC market and features of air conditioners is an advantage;Advanced knowledge of English and active use in business communication, knowledge of Croatian will be an advantage;Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Results-driven with a goal-oriented attitude.Organized, diligent, and proactive.Proficient in MS Office.Valid category B driver’s license (active driver).We offer:Opportunities to further develop your career and advancement through personal and professional development in a dynamic environment that is constantly changing and adapted in accordance to market changesCompensation according to your achievements / exceeding the set goalsBe part of the team of a leading regional distributor of IT products and consumer electronics, actively using gained knowledge and skillsYour success depends solely on your ability, capacity, interest in progress and perseverance.
