The Operations Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our organization. This role involves coordinating various operational activities, managing resources, and implementing processes to enhance overall efficiency.Responsibilities:Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, project success, and resource performance.Track staffing requirements and assisting hiring new employees as needed.Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective onboarding, training, and support for outsourced candidates.Oversee the quality of deliverables, manage team relationships effectively to ensure exceptional performance.Identify opportunities to enhance processes, client interactions, and project outcomes to achieve operational excellence.Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and clients to ensure proper operations of the company.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT or Business Administration, Management, or related fieldProven experience in client relationship management account management roleStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze data to drive informed decisions.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.Very good English in writing and speaking, German language is an advantage.Prior experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus.Borek Solutions is an internationally growing companyAt Borek we are very proud to accept differences — we celebrate them, support them, and cultivate them to the benefit of our employees, products, and our communities.
