Performance Manager – Social Media (Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Performance Manager to oversee and optimize our social media strategies, with a strong focus on Facebook and additional expertise in YouTube and Snapchat. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of content performance, audience engagement, and data-driven decision-making. As a senior-level role, you will be responsible for managing campaigns, analyzing key performance metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and monetization.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and optimize performance of social media accounts, primarily on Facebook, with secondary focus on YouTube and Snapchat.Analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, retention, watch time, RPM, etc.) and develop strategies to improve overall performance.Work closely with Social Media Managers, Content Teams, and Editors to ensure best practices are implemented for content distribution and growth.Monitor Facebook monetization policies and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.Identify and execute strategies to increase ad revenue and audience engagement.Manage and oversee A/B testing, content performance reports, and audience insights to guide content strategy.Stay updated on the latest Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat algorithms and trends to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.Work closely with ad ops and sales teams to optimize content monetization opportunities.RequirementsProven experience as a Social Media Manager or Performance Manager, with a focus on Facebook.Strong understanding of Facebook Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, and Snapchat Creator Tools.Experience managing large-scale pages and video content performance.Ability to interpret data, optimize content strategies, and increase revenue streams.Deep understanding of Facebook’s monetization rules, algorithm changes, and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
