QA Engineer (German)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Full-Time, On-Site
Office Location: Sheshi Nene Tereza, Prishtine
Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

INNOVX is a software development house with a dedicated partnership with a leading UK-based software retail company for nearly a decade. We also collaborate closely with a German company that provides innovative software services for the public transport sector.
The Role:
We're on the hunt for a dedicated QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on testing our applications and back-end systems, ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. While your primary responsibility will be manual testing, knowledge of test automation will set you apart, allowing you to contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Creation, execution, and documentation of test cases and test scenarios
- Analysis and evaluation of test results as well as identification and documentation of errors
- Collaboration with development and solution management for troubleshooting and quality assurance
- Automation of test processes and implementation of test automation solutions
- Identify, record, and track software defects at various development phases
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of test methods and tools (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Jira, Confluence)
- Ideally, experience in test automation and in dealing with CI/CD systems
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Ability to identify, document, and troubleshoot errors effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Past experience using Jira Software.
