Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.
- Optimize app performance, reduce load times, and improve responsiveness for diverse devices.
- Develop reusable and modular components while integrating third-party APIs and services like Firebase, GraphQL, and analytics platforms.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests with tools like Jest and Detox to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver features on time and resolve performance or integration issues.
Requirements
- Experience: 3.5+ years of professional experience with React Native and mobile app development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, state management tools (Redux, Context API), and integrating with REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Jest, Detox) and native mobile development practices.
- Expertise in optimizing React Native apps for performance and managing cross-platform codebases for iOS and Android.
- Awareness of secure coding practices and handling sensitive data.
Nice to Have
- Experience with wearables or device integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build tools.
- Knowledge of Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android) to extend React Native components.
