We value proactive individuals who excel in both technical expertise and collaborative teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for apps and machine learning systems, including vision-based applications.Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress with TypeScript, ensuring high test coverage and maintainability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to identify testing requirements and ensure product quality.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle.Create and maintain detailed and comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.Develop strategies for testing machine learning models, including their integration with vision systems, validating performance and accuracy against defined KPIs.Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing detailed reports to the development team for resolution.Manage and utilize Azure Boards for task tracking, sprint planning, and workflow optimization within Agile methodologies.Stay updated on the latest QA best practices and tools, and advocate for continuous improvement in the QA processes.Demonstrate proactivity by identifying potential issues and areas for improvement, and initiating solutions to enhance product quality.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment.QualificationsRequired:3+ years of professional experience in QA, with a strong focus on automation.Proficiency in Cypress with TypeScript for building and maintaining test automation frameworks.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Proven experience in testing machine learning systems, especially computer vision systems or similar technologies.Ability to design effective testing strategies for ML models, including dataset validation, performance benchmarks, and edge-case scenarios.Experience in creating and maintaining detailed test documentation.Familiarity with APIs and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST-Assured).Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Azure Boards management, including task tracking and sprint planning.Demonstrated proactivity and initiative in previous roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred:Knowledge of ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., YOLOv8, TensorFlow, PyTorch) for better collaboration with engineers.Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for testing in containerized environments.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) for testing ML applications.Soft Skills:Proactive mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and product quality.Strong problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.Adaptability and willingness to learn, staying current with emerging technologies and best practices.Effective communication skills, able to convey complex technical information clearly.Team-oriented attitude, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
